Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within two weeks of the arranged session will lose their deposit but will have the option to re-arrange to a different date. Should you re-arrange and then later cancel (at any time), your deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellations within 7 days of the arranged session will be required to pay for the full cost of the session against potential loss of business.

Damages

Any damage incurred by the client due to being under the influence of any substance, lack of control and/or careless behaviour will be payable by the client.
